TRT’s new online service dashboard, TRACSS, has made a flying start with more to come.
In February, TRT successfully launched TRACSS – their new online customer service dashboard – at customer functions in Sydney and Melbourne.
Delivering real-time support tools, service call status and account history, we’re pleased to announce that TRACSS has been very well received since the launch. Thank you to all our customers for their fantastic support and feedback.
Domenic Romanelli, TRT’s Managing Director, was excited to be offering customers the level of support that they had been missing across the industry.
“We knew there was a feeling in the industry that IT providers should be more transparent and efficient – that’s why we developed TRACSS. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by the enthusiastic reaction we had from customers at the launch events and the high level of support and feedback we’ve had in the last few months – the take up has already been very strong.”
Cameron Huysmans, Technical Services Manager at TRT, has also been pleased with the customer involvement.
“We’re now seeing customers start to log calls and track progress on a very regular basis. One big advantage is that multiple people from one company can all log their calls on a central system rather than separately.
This first module is just the beginning – we’ve got big plans for TRACSS this year. The next module that we’ll roll out over the next few months will be the Configuration Management Database. This module will provide a centrally accessible listing of customers’ IT configurations and equipment under maintenance with TRT.
Clients will be able to see precisely what they have under maintenance and make sure that they are supported as required.”
Later in the year TRT will also be rolling out integrated billing/invoicing and sales/ordering modules to streamline the service cycle from sales and implementation through to support and billings.
“It is fantastic that our clients are helping us develop the tools and features they need – it’s a real partnership. This will help us offer the very best in control and efficiency for clients and the highest levels of personalised services,” concluded Huysmans.
